Description
The valve cotters can be mounted simple, safe and quickly.
For all tasks put the rubber pad underneath the cylinder head.
To disassemble the valves position the lower stamp above the valve plate and hit the stamp with a mallet.
The valve cotters will jump into the inner cave of the stamp.
For assembly place the valve cotters in the proper position on the valve plate on top of the springs.
Then press the valve springs together with the mounting stamp (top part in the picture).
The inner cylinder will push the valve cotters into the desired position.
The whole process takes less then a minute!!!.
